Would be a similarly mendacious media spectacle to Oliver Stone’s whitewashing of Putin a few years back.

Well, at least he didn't call him "vermin."

Presumably TuCa wanted to visit a country where journalism is treated with the respect he so richly deserves.

FuCa is certainly a useful idiot tool for the Kremlin to get its message out to Americans. I am certain Lavrov at the Foreign Ministry would have expedited his visitor’s visa on the fast track.

I suspect I already linked to this article last October. Here it is regardless:

At least Jane Fonda had nice legs.

Hopefully, we'll be spared Tucker in Spandex doing aerobics videos once his star wanes.

And with that thought, I'm going to sign up for some therapy.

              An interview might happen:

I have no doubt that it will be Putin’s own version of what he has convinced himself is the gospel truth. The Gospel according to Putin.

It will be an event of epiphanous proportions for his budding disciple FuCa.

FuCa says the interview is a go:

Carlson added that he paid for the trip to Russia himself, and wanted to do the interview because "most Americans are not informed" on the conflict which is "reshaping the world" - blaming the mainstream media.

                              https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-68223148

So be prepared to be informed, America.

Seems irony that he says the following because that is probably what his interview will be:

Carlson said in his video that U.S. outlets have conducted “scores of interviews with Ukrainian President [Volodymyr] Zelensky,” which he called “fawning pep sessions, specifically designed to amplify Zelensky’s demand that the U.S. enter more deeply into the war in Eastern Europe and pay for it.” Carlson bashed those interviews as “government propaganda” that is “of the ugliest kind—the kind that kills people.”

Agreed. All those people shouting "Traitor!" were silent when real journalists interviewed other monsters (Peter Arnett, Christian Amanpour (sp?), Barbara Walters).

If he can ask some tough and uncomfortable questions, it might be worth a watch.

Kremlin confirms the interview has taken place. Though no credible word on its substance:
