    I’ve paid it in most every Latin American country in one form or another.

    Here, it’s a $200 parking ticket. I’m guessing a non rental car would have paid less, or not gotten the ticket at all.

    If you don't take it, it can only good happen.

            Hell, I got one of those in Portland. I think they call it White Oppressor Tax, pretty much the same thing.
