Ok, so he went in for prostate enlargement treatment and they found cancer. Buckingham says it’s not prostate cancer. What else would be likely to be uncovered? Bladder?

He develops hematuria, urologist does a DRE and finds a plum-sized prostate. Recommends treatment. During the cysto, whoopsie, hematuria caused by a bladder tumor.

Long story short, we don’t know and they aren’t saying. I do not think they met the goal of avoiding speculation.

By the way, I've seen at least one vocal cord lesion during a routine case that ended up being a cancer.

Could be anything. Maybe a blood test picked up something unexpected. Maybe a chest X-ray saw a lung mass. Maybe an ultrasound saw lymph node enlargement. Until the palace gives some more info, we are all in the dark.
