Nope.
First of all, her accent isn't huge.
Second, no American accent works that way, not even in Georgia. The "c" is a syncope. There is no dialect in the south in which syncopes are more often pronounced. Matter of fact, it's the area of the country most known for adding syncopes.
Does she pronounce "right" as "riggt"?
Second, the word was never, ever pronounced that way. Check the etymology. Enditen. Very similar to "indite," which makes sense since formal accusations are written down.
It may be the only word with "ict" in English pronounced this way, but just the same she fucked up.
