Asked my wife (a self-described “moderate” Taylor Swift fan) why she thinks Swift is so popular. Her response: “she’s a 32 year old woman who acts like a 16 year old girl in a world full of 32 year old women who act like 16 year old girls.” Hard to argue with that.
