To any Windows users who might know the answer, can you please recommend a quick way to search the harddrive of a PC for all files with certain extensions?

E.g., I want to find all files with the ".pst" or ".ost" extension. What would be a good/quick way to do that?

(Assume Windows 10 or Windows 11.)

    Thanks in advance!

There is a search bar in windows explorer. Or I guess it’s called file explorer.
