I always rely on reviews for Airbnb and Vrbo. Can’t imagine this place had good ones. Granted I’m usually looking for more upscale digs for a vacation, where this isn’t likely to occur.

@jon-nyc there were several requests for the listing. As of last night - not provided.

Also, this was a 1 month rental (!). There was a dog that was joining the renter.

Yeah, I suspect we do a bit more homework than this person did. I've had nothing but great experiences.

I am with @jon-nyc and @Mik I have had good experiences when doing those type of rentals.

(BTW, I could not read past the first page of what George posted, but I assume the rest of the rental was as bad as the pics on the first page)
