We don't really know where it comes from, but it is racist.
It seems like the guns are part of the problem.
And of course the covid causes some violence against minorities.
Some say that bad people create violence but this is systemic racism. We have come a long way in the battle against systemic racism, but we have a long way to go.

Agree, terrible article. I do believe that there probably is some bias in police men against black people. Of course, not every police man.
But it certainly is not 100% of the problem in that community.
You (generic) cannot spend all of your energy, time, and focus on 10%(?) of the problem and ignore the other 90%.
