    Your money is attractive.

And Mr. Biden is just the guy to give it to them.

The USA is so great under President Biden's leadership that even more people want to be here!
The USA is at its most attractive, evah!

Tell me again...What happens to countries and their culture that experience a relatively sudden mass migration?

On our street there was a definite increase in the overall level of sophistication. Out go the chicken sheds and banjo stores. In come those rather nice little teashops and gentleman's etiquette courses.

Lots of adjectives I would append to you.

"Mass" is not one of them. 😄

I have already worked my indescribable magic on that poor, benighted State. Onwards and upwards - one day they will call me The Colossus of Rhode Island.

Just wait, there will be more to come. Who knows but there just might be a public works project in the offing to put in sanitary and storm sewers in your town. You can then say good-bye to that expensive septic field in the yard. Progress!

              Elbows up!

How many of these "migrants" are illegal seeking "asylum?

I mean, I'd love to seek asylum in New Zealand Australia Mexico Russia Canada. I doubt I'd be accepted on those grounds.

                    Exactly.

Asylum from not getting a job that pays more?

Asylum from not having the government pick up the tab for my daily needs?

I have a lot of sympathy from people coming here and to other western nations trying to improve their lives, from what are really pretty terrible places. Who can blame them? The demonization of them that Trump encouraged, and in fact instigated is pretty awful, if not particularly out of character, although clearly any group of immigrants will include a criminal or extremist element, as it always has. But clearly an open border isn't something that is ever going to work, unfettered immigration can't be allowed.

In the last 24 hours, we have had 9400 illegal aliens cross the Southern Border. Of those, over 5000 were released into the U.S.

Those numbers are just the ones we caught or turned themselves in.
