    Here's 2 I've had experience with:

    • Premium pick: Audio-technica ATH-50x - huge bang for buck (link )

    • About half the price, but still great: Sony MDR 7506 (link )

        Thanks for the reccos...

Remember, I'm looking for only 2 qualities - comfort and price.

Sound, etc are secondary. Way, way down on the list.

But, I'd love a coiled cord.

I’d strongly recommend open back/open air headphones over noise cancelling. Much more comfortable when wearing over 30 minutes.

Sennheiser 599s are nice and you can select your own cord. They are about $130. What price is cheap for you? Under $50?

Can you bump up to $90? The HPH160s are nice and that’s a good deal https://www.amazon.com/Yamaha-HPH-150B-Open-Air-Neutral-Headphones/dp/B013WW90FI/ref=asc_df_B013WW90FI/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=312026001792&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=9036277712241237980&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9008163&hvtargid=pla-570982703958&psc=1&mcid=5dbdbfa7b6ff34d7857cbe4f2c0acad0&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIyf2ssYXtggMV3EtHAR2BrAPIEAQYASABEgLGuPD_BwE&th=1

                      Thanks.

Multiple kids, right? Can you tell the kids to pool their money together and get you one nicer gift rather than multiple more affordable gifts? Or do you mean under $75 from all your kids combined?
