Just one caveat should you find yourself south of your border. If anyone tells you that you’d love Nashville Hot Chicken, that person is not your friend. That stuff is like eating burning brimstone.

I have friends here who have slipped me ghost pepper and Carolina reaper sauces. Both are just plain heat without taste. If there’s no taste to go with heat I don’t like it. Otherwise, I’m game to try, that’s what bread or unsalted crackers are for.
