I've seen more than one story claiming that the "migrants" are complaining and want to go back to Venezuela, or whatever other country they're from.
I've also seen a story claiming that the Biden administration is flying these people out to far-flung regions (Morocco?).

Winter is a fact of life for homeless and municipal authorities in this country.
I am sure northern US cities will manage the challenge as well.

That's not really ttrue. It gets cold many places in the south and west. Freeze warning in Las Vegas this morning, and I can tell you winter mornings in San Diego get quite chilly. It may not be as bad as Minneapolis, but its still an issue.
