Not a bad list. The newer Ford diesels suck. Bulletproofing is mandatory. The Nissan Cummins was a disaster. The GM 5.3L debacle is well known (I know several guys that replaced motors) and why GM insists on cylinder deactivation is beyond me. The 5.7 hemi in the Ram can be addressed through religious oil changes at the 3000 mile mark and some preventative work at 100k miles.
Overall, not a bad list...

Speaking of, I had a conversation with a guy this week, who is running a fleet of Chevys. He will not buy one with a 5.3, after multiple bad experiences. He buys the trucks with the 6.2 and has been happy. Less mpg, but many of his trucks have hit 200k without major problems.
