But it's what I'm used to. I shoot a Makarov and a Jericho, so the first DA trigger pull is no big deal. The barrel axis of the 226 is a little high, but for some reason it pops back down in my sight picture real easy and I can really get in a rhythm.
Probably can't do it now, but when I used to shoot a lot, I could keep a 226 on a paper plate at a hundred yards, if you let me prop up.
