Seems like it has been Transgender Awareness Year, rather than Day.

        Trans Awareness Week November 13-19
Trans Day of Remembrance Nov 20
Transgender History Month - All of August
        Pride Month -All of June
LGBT History Month - All of October
Day of Silence - Second Friday in April
        Drag Day - July 16th
International Day Against Transphobia - May 16
Wear Pink Day - 2nd Wednesday in April

That’s Trans specific. Then there are the many more days and weeks dedicated to Pronouns and other closely related sexual identities.

Do all that add up to more than two sevenths of the time?

Go ahead and tally up all the days specific to the Judeo-Christian tradition and see who "win".

What do you want your country to be?

A modern, Western capitalistic republic with a Judeo-Christian tradition and a Puritan work ethic or a Sodom and Gomora wannabe, featuring tyranny of a tiny minority?

Why do you want to screw with what works?

                      Totally comparable :eyeroll:…

No, the comparison would be how many observances are there for heterosexuals. And considering there really aren’t any, the observation fails critically. And since Trans represent less than 1% of the population and Cis-Hetero represents over 85%, then Equity and Inclusion must demand that we recognize and celebrate Cis Herero individuals and relationships (specifically for the fact that they are straight) at least 170 7ths of the year, by your numbers….

So you and Wiki think Protestants, Puritans in particular, have an exceptional work ethic. You’ll have to worker harder to convince me that is the case.

The work ethic was attributed to the pilgrims at Plymouth and Jamestown.

There is no question that they worked or died, most died. Those who survived set the standard for hard work in this country.

It is estimated that there may be as many as 35 million living descendants of the Mayflower. I would not be surprised if some of them have slacked off. Out of 35 million, they can't all be gems.
