I saw Gary Player get the exact same lie on the 14th hole of the US Senior Open at Oakland Hills, Michigan.
I was standing behind the woman who was sitting just like this one. The ball was about 50 yard short of the green. Player used a 60 degree wedge to sink it for a birdie.
