A 45-year-old male patient presented to the emergency department with hematuria and difficulty with urination. He had been inserting various objects into his urethra as an aid for erectile dysfunction. His partner had inserted a straw attached to a can of weatherproofing spray foam into his urethra three weeks prior and inadvertently pressed the button deploying the foam.

The surgery certainly is real. Possible it's faked, and the only way to be certain of its veracity is to show the enterotomy and the cuke coming out.
But, I can't imagine someone putting a cuke into the abdomen for an instagram video. Not if they want to keep their license, at least.
