    Cziffra’s arrangement. Very compelling.

      Yeah, right at 1:51

With a bit of strength I was able to look past it and enjoy the rest of the piece.

(Really good playing. Like any professional in any area, shows the difference between what ordinary and extraordinary is like)

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

          Very hard to play? Yes.

          Good music? No.

Yeap, the one linked in post #7 is better than the one linked in the opening post.

Cziffra was one of the great Lisztians of the middle and latter 20th century; a time when Liszt’s music and improvisational style were very much out of vogue.

                  Elbows up!

I've always enjoyed Brahms Hungarian Dances for piano/4 hands.

That Khatia bird has been popping up a lot in my YouTube feed recently. I'm not sure why, I don't watch much classical music.

                      I was only joking

She does a beautiful version of the Schubert/Liszt Ständchen.

I'm not really one to judge 😬 I just wondered why she kept showing up in a feed that's normally dedicated to middle aged bearded blokes playing jazz and/or chess and/or Baldur's Gate and/or World War II. Quite a pleasant change, if I'm honest.

                          I was only joking

My YouTube feed is filled with beautiful Asian women doing random things like camping or track and field.

                            Education is extremely important.
