Couple of other observations. The EKG leads are not positioned properly, though, in the heat of the moment (if it were real), anything might do.
That dressing on the purported internal jugular line? It's a "Tegaderm" and it's a great dressing for just about anything. But, once you apply it, you remove the paper "frame" that supports the clear dressing.
Also - no wounds.
