What's in "Health" and "Income Security"?
I am guessing "Health" is mostly Medicare, maybe also Medicaid.
Not sure whats in "Income Security" seeing that "Social Security" has already been separated into a different category.@Jolly do you know what are in "Health" and "Income Security"? Maybe link to the source so we can look those up?
