The video makes it look like the gunman was targeting the victim.
DIdn't seem random, though I might be wrong - again.
Wasn't random: was targeting Swedes because of korzans being burnt in Sweden. Victims were easy to recognise because they wore t-shirts when attending a football match involving the Swedish team.
