Socially/economically unsafe for this pop culture influencer to publicly support Israel:

Israel wants a little of that Ukraine style love from the West. Not sure it'll happen. Don't see Russian partisans demonstrating in the streets without repercussion beyond agape memes.

I’m certain it is happening and continue to happen. The majority of rational people throughout the West still support Israel. It is after all, the only democracy in the whole of the Middle East.
I haven’t seen any Russian partisans demonstrating anywhere other than in big sports stadiums in Moscow - which is perfectly understandable under the circumstances of Russia under the Putin regime.
There’s also the usual vulgar offerings of prayers for poor threatened Russia and its misunderstood and besieged president, emanating like noxious effluvium from the Russian Orthodox Patriarchy and its affiliates in the West. I suppose those are along the lines of agape memes.
On the other hand, the president of Hungary and now, Slovakia, might be organising some pro Kremlin rallies in the not too distant future. Stay tuned.

Israel enjoys strong support form the West alright. Some western governments may not like Netanyahu, but the western governments support Israel just fine.
As for the pro-Israel vs. pro-Palestine protests in Times Square (and maybe also elsewhere), it should be possible to be pro-Palestine and also anti-Hamas at the same time, just like it should be possible to be pro-Israel and still be anti-Netanyahu at the same time. Heck, we in the USA has a lot of folks who are pro-USA and also anti-Biden or anti-Democrats or anti-GOP at the same time.
The militants and politicians may be jackasses but the people, often times they don't have a choice (or have only bad choices).
Those who deliberately kill/kidnap/hurt civilians, they belong in a separate category of evil and deserve all the condemnation they get.

Of course they will, but they would be wrong would they not?
The fact the Palestinians are wrong is really all that matters.

Why would Russian partisans go to the streets when they have prime time slots on right wing media? Or, more recently, twitter?
I think that may be a strawman of whomever you're referring to. It's my understanding that strawmanning is bad.
