Well, at least online, this culture is rampant. The people who hate the Rogan style right, which is to say anything not entirely mainstream as defined by white female culture, marginalize the out-group in every possible way, including accusations of "incel". In this sense, it's a self fulfilling prophecy. Toe the cultural line, or no vagina for you. It's anybody's guess as to why these feminized men and tedious women really want to be around each other though.

Rogan “just asks questions”, which in mainstream popular culture has become an epithet.
If left to their own devices, young women will sheeple together. They will use their vaginas as currency to enforce the sheeple ideas. And that’s how you get this mainstream culture the whole western world has. The men adapt by toeing the line, or saying to hell with it. Apparently young men are increasingly doing the latter.
