Extremely Spicy Chip removed from market

After a teen died after eating an extremely spicy tortilla chip, the manufacturer pulled the chip off the market. Previously there have been recorded cases of people needing medical attention after eating earlier versions of said chip, but there has been a new formula.

According to the manufacturer the chip came with a label "warning people to keep the chip away from children, not to eat it if they’re sensitive to spicy foods, to wash their hands after touching the chip, and to seek medical attention if they faint, feel nauseous or have trouble breathing."
