RFK Jr. - "It's rigged."

Don't know what to make of this, if anything.
“Two of the things they’ve done today, is they’ve moved the Iowa primary, they made rules that if anybody campaigns in Iowa or any candidate sets foot in the state of Iowa or sets foot in the state of New Hampshire that none of the votes that are cast for that candidate will be tallied,” he continued. “In other words, any delegate that I win in Iowa, New Hampshire, would instead go to the president.”
“And now they’re trying to change it so that if I campaign in New Hampshire then none of the votes cast for me in Georgia will count and that’s significant because it’s hard to win the nomination without Georgia,” Kennedy explained.
Ultimately RFK Jr. says it feels like the Democrat Party is “rigging” the process to prevent anyone other than Biden from winning.
“They’re rigging it so effectively, we’re looking at the tabulations now that look like I- if you add up all the super delegates they control and all the automatic delegates that just go to the party and go to the president, you know I would have to win eighty percent of all of the states in order to beat President Biden, even if he only wins twenty percent.”
In light of the roadblocks Kennedy says the party is throwing his way, he may be forced to look at “other alternatives.”
“These rules will not be finalized until September 14, and we’ve written the DNC protesting, I mean there’s some really wild things they’re considering including forcing me to pay for the primaries,” he claimed. “Their logic is that they don’t need a primary because they already have a candidate and therefore I’m costing them all this money and that money should be paid for by me and maybe Marianne Williamson. So it’s a process that is rigged and we live at a time in American history where a lot of Americans think that democracy is broken, that the political system is rigged and there’s not really any democracy. And unfortunately, the DNC is taking a lot of steps that confirm that outlook.”

I'm not sure I understand what, exactly, he's alleging.
Is he claiming that if he campaigns in NH or Iowa, his delegates will not be recognized?

Long ago the DNC decided to not have Iowa and NH go first, because they’re too white and of course underneath all that other states are dying to take their place.
IA and NH didn’t cooperate and scheduled their primaries anyway. The DNC isn’t recognizing their primaries and put in rules to penalize candidates who attempted to compete in them. This all happened well before RFK announced.
Of course other legit primaries will take their place so whatever he planned to do in IA and NH he could presumably do in SC or NV.
Again all this predates his candidacy, in fact is years in the making, but paranoid conspiracy theorists gonna do their thing.
I’m sure there are at least a dozen other untruths in his statement but it’s not worth the energy to Google them.
He’s batshit crazy and should switch parties. The GOP like him and they are holding IA and NH primaries as usual.

Ah, I hadn't been following the timing of the primaries change. That makes sense.
