I use my iPad a lot. I read books on it, I use it for casual web surfing, and when I feel like relaxing with a movie/TV show, I'll use it for that.

Also (as I mentioned before), I'd like to use it for sheet music.

    So...

I bought a used iPad Pro - 12.9 inch screen. It's about the size of a sheet of paper. Got it on eBay for a reasonable price.

    The seller said, "No returns."

    He shipped a 13" iPad in a bubble-wrapped envelope...

Though functional, the iPad was...bent. Putting into a keyboard folio is a non-starter because when I opened it, it would rub where it's bent.

I let the seller know about the issue and despite his "no return" policy, he accepted my request to return the item.

    It took 15 minutes.

I'll ship it to him tomorrow, and I should get reimbursed within a matter of days.

I shipped the return the day after I posted this. I packaged it well, LOL.

It arrived on Tuesday, Sept 5. eBay notified me that I should receive a refund by Sept 7 (Thursday - yesterday), and if I didn't, to contact them.

I didn't, so I contacted them today at about 7:45 AM.

        20 minutes later:

        5 minutes after that...

I wonder how this works - considering the refund was so quick, I imagine eBay charges the credit card that the seller has on file with them.
