Good article. It will be interesting to see 100 years from now. There is a certain % of the population that either needs to or wants to live in a city and the advantages that a city can offer.
If may be that there will just be a shift of location. For example, maybe SF will decrease but a current mid-size city will turn into the next big city.
I dont think that big cities will disappear however.
