      Getting rid of rent control is always the answer for a healthier market in the long-run. I experienced it up close a few years ago in San Francisco.

      That said - the problem is in the transition. There are absolutely winners and losers in the short run and will drive the politics.

        Yes. I imagine the transition is very traumatic. Tell me more about the SF experience?
