Yes. The access to voting machines and ballots. Supposedly there was perjury before the Grand Jury.

I'd say there's a real danger for Trump that Trump will tell everybody what was in his head. That guy just cannot keep his gob shut.

I think he eats as if he's eating for two minimum. But that doesn't stop me from trying to be realistic when assessing his various legal troubles.

That's the problem. This case is predicated on the fact that Trump knew that he had lost, and all the subsequent events are the result of his refusal to accept his loss.
Gonna be a heavy lift to prove what was in his head on November 4th 2020.
