Everybody has faults. His is ego, which is a double edged sword.

His is not ego per se, it’s narcissism.

Those with narcissism adopt an extremely fragile ego system and this manifests in dysregulated views of self. Over-confident behaviours and arrogance on the surface masks a deep need for validation and praise.

That describes the man perfectly.

This is what I've always disliked about Trump. He acts like the worst trope of the "it's all about power" people. He's a canceller.

How you act as a leader matters - even if you're sometimes play-acting an ideal.
