I think the turnout will be quite high from both sides for the upcoming President election. I think that the voter analysis is pretty "sophisticated" on both sides.
They each know the 30-40% who will vote for their side no matter what. And during the primary, they will focus on these.
But the middle 30-40% is what wins the overall election. And it will be interesting to see how the message from each side changes after the primary time as they try and capture the middle.
