Not as witty as you might think, Jon. The rate of known students abused by teachers and administrators in school systems is twice the rate of priests, and the researcher that compiled those numbers for the department of education estimates that the problem could be orders of magnitude worse. She also discovered that less than 1% of these teachers IN KNOWN CASES suffered any kind of repercussions.

A lot of hay has been made over the Baltimore Diocese report of 600 children being abused over 80 years… Well what about the report that 12000 kids were abused over 5 years in Virginia Schools?
