Drove a 16’ box truck to North Carolina. Brand new GMC Savanna. For it’s size I could power it up the hills pretty well, and my back feels quite good for an eight hour drive.
Waiting for MFR and The Princess, each in separate vehicles.
Also drinking a nice pinot noir and waiting for a supposedly great philly cheesesteak. Havent eaten since breakfast.
Pretty whipped.

Enjoy your well earned pinot and sandwich Mik. Let us know how the cheesesteak is.
I did 27 hours on the road last friday and saturday. Not much fun.

Now, don't forget that as a truck driver, you need to talk with a slight southern drawl. Also walk slowly. Spit once in awhile. Before getting in your car, walk around it and kick the tires. Look bored. Spit. -

I already spit a lot. Mostly when I watch the news.

Who knew that Oregon pinot noir went so very well with artisan donuts? Yum.
