The quest for 40k donors

Was going to post this even before seeing TGs post about the free 19 dollars.
To get on the GOP debate stage in August, there are a number of criteria a candidate has to reach. The hardest in practice for the marginal candidates is 40k unique donors, including at least 20 states with 200 each.
You would expect those with name recognition to clear the hurdle -
Trump, DeSantis, Scott, Haley, Christie.
You know who else has cleared? Vanaswami and Burgam. Both with gimmicks.
Burgam buys them outright, per TGs thread. Vanaswami set up an Amway-like scheme. If you become a small donation “bundler”, you get a rebate of 10% of what you bundle. So if you get 25 friends to donate 20, you get 50 from the campaign.
