Yes, assuming that President Biden does go to the election in 2024, he should have a different VP for sure.

That's going to be be awkward.

@Jon knows history better than I would even pretend to. I wonder how many presidents have dropped their running mates in their re-election bids?

        Let's ask ChatGPT:

"Franklin D. Roosevelt: Roosevelt served as President of the United States from 1933 until his death in 1945. During his four terms in office, he had three different vice presidents. His first vice president was John Nance Garner, who served from 1933 to 1941. For his third term, Roosevelt chose Henry A. Wallace as his vice president (1941-1945). However, for his fourth term, Roosevelt replaced Wallace with Harry S. Truman (1945).

Harry S. Truman: Truman became President upon the death of Franklin D. Roosevelt in April 1945. He won a full term in 1948 but did not retain his vice president, Alben W. Barkley, as his running mate for the 1952 election. Instead, Truman's running mate in 1952 was Senator Estes Kefauver.

Jimmy Carter: Carter served as President from 1977 to 1981. He chose Walter Mondale as his vice president for his first term (1977-1981). However, for his unsuccessful reelection campaign in 1980, Carter did not keep Mondale as his running mate."

          Yep.

Nope. Kefauver beat Truman in New Hampshire which led to Truman's withdrawal from the race. Though Kefauver won the most primaries, party bosses didn't like him and choose Adlai Stevenson instead.

Jimmy Carter: Carter served as President from 1977 to 1981. He chose Walter Mondale as his vice president for his first term (1977-1981). However, for his unsuccessful reelection campaign in 1980, Carter did not keep Mondale as his running mate."

I was aware of Roosevelt's decisions.

Something didn't seem right about 1952 as well. I was too young to notice that election, but I do remember Stevenson running again in 1956. Perhaps not the actual election (I was 6) but I remember hearing comments about his "second shot" at the White House" later on.

He’s fruitier than a watermelon salad when it comes to medicines and vaccines yet he sticks himself with a needle full of steroids every month. He’ has one of the worst “Do you have any idea who I am?” belligerent attitudes in the world.

Ugh, working around the house, heard some idiot on the radio pushing a Trump/RFK ticket. Pissed me off, I decide to take a break, and open my phone. The first thing that pops up is Mik’s “I Like Kennedy” post and I immediately go off without even looking at the thread.
