Montoya initially had been admitted Friday at the hospital with a possible stroke and cardiopulmonary arrest, and when she did not respond to resuscitation a doctor on duty declared her dead, the ministry said.
I've had occasion to declare a patient dead on more than one occasion. It involves among other things, LISTENING TO THE HEART - for a FULL MINUTE to be sure that there's no cardiac activity. How about something as simple as BREATHING. Surely that was assessed...right? RIGHT???

You keep using that word, dead. I do not think it means what you think it means.

She died, again.
Actually, she was found to have died again. She wasn't dead the first time. That was an error.
Unless, of course, there's some physiology of which I'm not aware that permits a creature to die more than one time.

Based on my calculations, assuming 117 billion people ever born, and 7 billion alive currently, the average human dies .94 times.
