"medically necessary"? How do they figure that? How was his health harmed?

The deeper this crap goes, the more convinced I am that one day we will look back on all this as a mass delusion.

Fair trial, full appeals and hang the SOB. Shouldn't take more than 5 years and $35 worth of rope.

Am I allowed to point out the statistical anomaly dealing with violent criminals that are trans? The numbers are pretty staggering…

If you're on death row, going trans is a great way to muddy the waters and possibly cause delays.

I wonder if he visited the whitehouse for the Biden trans dance a few days before his execution.

I assume that would play well with Mr. Biden's base.

Death Row? Hell, if you’re in California you can just make the claim to get a little action…

Rivers’ “gender identity-based” prison accommodation is the result of California’s SB132, also known as the Transgender Respect, Agency, and Dignity Act.

The law was signed into effect in January 2021 by Governor Gavin Newsom, and provides inmates housing based on their self-declared gender identity status.

Almost immediately after the law was implemented, California correctional centers were hit with hundreds of transfer requests from male inmates seeking movement into women’s facilities. According to Keep Prisons Single Sex USA, fully one-third of all male inmates who have requested such transfers were registered sex offenders.

Murder and conviction took place in the mid 1980s. Why did it take so long to execute the creep? Sentence should have been carried out within weeks at most.

Really could care less about its sexual identity.

@Renauda seems pretty irrelevant, even emotionally. I suspect if I was awaiting execution my desire to live as a woman might take a back seat to other concerns.

                            Seen on Twitter:

"Pretty impressive that Owen—who raped and murder multiple women, including a 14-year-old babysitter—managed to survive 30 plus years without “medically necessary gender-affirming care.”"

He has a point, you know.
