Call me a reckless modernist apostate if you will, but I think I'd rather have a female pastor than this guy.

A female pastor, hired to be the First Female <whatever>, would likely condone and respect this gentleman's views on race.

Not where I come from she wouldn't. The Church of England vicar who buried my mother was a woman, and would undoubtedly think Americans who hold this type of view are rather silly.

If that's the conservative tradition there, then she could very well be a conservative, as of course many females are. The female clergy in America, proudly breaking conservative boundaries, would not be, presumably. Take Dewey as a case in point, the first gay <whatever>, and while there are plenty of gay conservatives, his pursuit of being the first gay <whatever> was motivated by his progressive politics (and his narcissism, but I won't go off on that tangent). It's not about being female, it's about being progressive.

The Church of England is pretty broad. There's progressives, conservatives, gays, old people, all kinds of folk. I have absolutely no idea what are politics her, but she seemed nice and pretty down to earth to me.
But she preaches in a small village in Lancashire. They're not typically obsessed with the American Race Theory over there.

The Anglicans are having trouble in Africa and other places, because of women pastors. The Anglicans can do what they wish, but it ain't Biblical.

Presumably because African society doesn't have anything more serious to worry about, which must be nice. Good for them!

We can thank David Livingstone for their serenity. He introduced the three C’s - Civilisation, Christianity and Commerce - to the dark continent.

And stopped them getting involved with the fourth C of missionaries - Cooking.
I'm probably going to get banned at this rate.
