Let’s talk grilling gloves…

I’ve always used leather fireplace gloves, but I’m wondering if there’s any decent silicon gloves that would be fine for contact with food, too? Sometimes hands are easier for pulling ribs off of racks or chickens off of rotisseries… Anybody have any experience?

Not me. I've always used welder's gloves.

I have some silicone and hardly ever use them. Get good tongs.

I have good tongs, but there are times that an opposable thumb would be handy…
