    Lost the first year...

    https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/more-sports/dwayne-the-rock-johnson-confident-in-xfl-s-long-game-despite-reported-60-million-loss/ar-AA1cq33G

    What needs to happen...

    1. The USFL and XFL need to combine.
    2. The NFL needs to subsidize the new league until they are profitable. It would be a wonderful developmental league or a way for guys to extend their career a few more years.

The quality of football, particularly in the XFL, was not bad.

    XFL teams:

    1. Arlington
    2. Houston
    3. Washington
    4. Las Vegas
    5. Seattle
    6. Orlando
    7. San Antonio
    8. St. Louis

    USFL teams:

    1. Birmingham
    2. Houston
    3. New Jersey
    4. Philadelphia
    5. Michigan
    6. New Orleans
    7. Memphis
    8. Pittsburgh

The only overlap is Houston. The biggest hole I see is Chicago. Or another West Coast team, maybe something in Denver. Gotta keep those travel costs down.

I would negotiate smaller stadiums, such as Yulman (Tulane)Stadium, which seats 30,000, and has 4500 hundred premium seats in the upper deck fan clubs. Nice small college stadium. Even 15,000 makes it look like a good crowd.

I would give corporations a cut on NFL sponsorship, if they helped with the new league team sponsorship.

With Bengals tickets STARTING at $160 for the nosebleeds, I'm all for it. Much like I prefer seeing minor league ball live to major league.

XFL season ticket prices when the league started. I would expect similar currently...
