I-95 collapse in Philadelphia

A section of northbound Interstate highway I-95 in the Philadelphia area has collapsed.

It's likely due to an oil tanker catching fire underneath that section of I-95. No report of casualty so far.
I-95 is often very congested in Philadelphia. Looks like traffic will suck even more now.
