I thought Obama was overstepping the law when he made unilateral changes to The "Affordable" Care act.
He was just testing the waters with that.
And Biden continues the tradition with student loan forgiveness.
For all the bluster about "The Imperial Authoritarian President" I've read in the last 6 years, that's nothing compared to the change enacted by 44.
