    Interesting case regarding use of drones. I say it is.

      Yeah, but presumably the drones flew over his property. And the purpose of the flight was an inspection search. Does he have a reasonable right to privacy in the airspace over his home.

      I've read that comely young thing sunbathing has it, and flying a camera-equipped drone over her is an invasion of privacy.

          Yeah, but presumably the sole purpose of the purpose of the flight was to verify compliance. They should not be able to use any information gleaned from it.
