How much DNA do I need to have to be whatever I am personifying? Where do I get certified as such? Can I play more than 1 religious, race or whatever card. If I identify as a gender can I play that gender, and if so what does that transfer to other areas?

Well you could pretend to be a German piano or an American car or an effective medication or a healer but no in the Constitution apparently there are protected classes. Read up.
