I’ve never understood the pushback. I actually think they’re rather elegant.

I always thought so as well. I loved seeing them when driving to Western PA… Then I talked with friends living in the general vicinity. Supposedly they are VERY loud. But I wouldn’t think that would be an issue offshore? I mean the wind should mask it…

It keeps the whales up at night. That might be the reason so many are showing up on NJ shores lately.

There are an absolute ton in my home area. My dad got behind the trucks hauling the parts up the mountain.

I've stood directly underneath the blades. They're almost completely silent.

        Please love yourself.

They kill all the birds. All the birds.

              So sad.

              I was only joking

If birds want to fuck around, then birds are going to find out.

                    Education is extremely important.

I've been right under one too. I pulled off the highway in northern Illinois to take a leak on it. It was great. Very quiet though. Could not hear a thing. From the windmill, anyway.

It was fun to whiz on something that big. The kid in me lives.

It must have been new, or well maintained.

There used to be one on Nantucket that screamed like a banshee, they tore it down.
