Is it just me, or are children becoming more ignorant in the day of the greatest ability to access information the world has ever seen?

I'm OK with showing the sound of music to children.

My granddaughter could sing several of the songs from the show when she was 3. Now that she is 4, I haven't seen much nazi behavior from her.

In 1967, when I was in Austria with a school trip, none of the songs from “the sound of music “were available to be played or bought there.

“Edelweiss quote was particularly problematic.

My dad went on a walking tour in Austria in the 1950's. He said that the tour guide was named 'Adolf', and liked to be referred as 'Fuhrer'. My dad said the Austrians weren't subjected to the same level of de-Nazification as Germans were, which I guess could explain this humorous eccentricity.
