That was at the Washington Hilton. Doesn't look like that location.
I was going to guess the White House north lawn, but the fence is wrong.

What and where is that?
I might have some free time in the afternoon.
I’m here for the American Thoracic Society’s annual conference and a little bit of lobbying Tuesday. But I’m not busy the whole time. Sunday afternoon I’ll be visiting my sister and niece and her baby

It's kind of wonderful to see ordinary citizens standing and gazing at the White House, which in these pictures looks so majestic and beautiful.
