    Oh, I don’t think on here. We actually seem to have some general consensus on this issue on TNNCR.

    That's not necessarily true. Just because I, or others, don't argue about certain subjects doesn't mean we all agree.

    Nobody judges you for being unable to formulate your feels into the written word.

        I honestly really don't know much at all about the subject, presumably unlike everybody else here.

        I'm sure Joe Rogan or some other super-qualified person could set me straight, but really there's only so many hours in the day.

        I was only joking

            @LuFins-Dad I think so, it’s people who transitioned under MHS, the Military Health System. Though I suppose it might include dependents. I’d need to open the paper.

              If you have +18 year olds detransitioning at that rate, it’s far more damning.

                I nothing about the topic. Not only is it of no interest to me, I do not care about the topic or how others are affected by it. Not an issue.

                  @LuFins-Dad

                  I clicked through.

                  These were mostly adolescents. Children and spouses of active military. Average age 19.2, with 95% within +/- 5.3 years of the average. Cohort was from 2009-2018

                    I think you are effected by it, just like everybody else. This current madness is changing laws and possibly ruining a generation.

                      @Jolly

                      If I am affected by it, I am not noticing it. Doesn’t seem to be affecting my teenager either. Never been a topic of discussion in our house. I guess that like me, he probably doesn’t care enough about it to get involved with it and/or make it an issue.

                        I was too lazy to click on the link, so bear with.

                        What did this "transition" involve? Was it hormonal therapy? Surgery? Or was it just cross-dressing with tuckers (shut up) and binders (shut up again)?

                        If hormonal and surgical, these folks are in for a very rough life.

                        Never mind, I looked. Hormonal. Had anyone looked at the long-term effects of temporary hormonal "transitioning" therapy? How reversible is it? My guess would be not very.

                        The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.
