70 year old man who never entered the Capitol. Committed no violence.

    49 days in solitary.

Surely there's more to the story?

      • Never entered the Capitol on January 6th and has not been charged with any violent crime.
-Still, DA Graves added a seditious conspiracy charge to his case and is asking for the Judge to sentence him to 14 years in prison.

What point is he trying to make? Does seditious conspiracy require a concurrent violent crime? If so, I guess the case will be thrown out. If not, it’ll hinge on whether or not prosecutors can prove he committed seditious conspiracy, no?

Imagine a similar statement about, I don’t know, Bernie Madoff.

      • He wasn’t charged with any violent crime
      • Still, he was charged with Securities Fraud, Wire Fraud, Money Laundering, etc..

      You were warned.

@jon-nyc is the charge of seditious conspiracy was added after he was convicted of the other crimes?

        Is he being tried again?

Other stories say that he was in communication with (and was accused of being a member of) Oath Keepers.

This article paints a pretty damning picture.

I'm sure it all depends on what tier of our justice system he falls under.

By the way, I’ve been meaning to write a post on the similarities between the victimhood culture of the maga set and the blm set when it comes to law enforcement. Both groups are fed information by sympathetic media which cherry pick stories and offer no context or statistics to back it up.

He should have raped a couple of kids.
