How does a 6'7" guy think he can be a professional cycle racer? That can't be very aerodynamic. Are there any tall guys in the sport?

Is he a roadie? I mean, for them, it's not entirely unheard of. Froome's over 6, after all, but yeah, that's rare.

Eh, the name of the game is pretty much VO2 max. Beyond that it's watts, which, it helps if you weigh as little as possible while still cranking out power. Tour guys are usually average height but are getting skinnier every year. If you're tall, you better be near-anorexic.

UCI actually keeps a list of guys taller than 6'2".
This is because bike geometry and standards concerning race-approved bikes starts to get weird for taller riders, so for those guys, exceptions are sometimes made. So yeah, again, it's rare and not ideal, but not too unheard of.

This guy was a NFL tightend. Converted college basketball player.
He's not skinny...
I mean, maybe he makes up for it in power output? What kind of cycling does he do?

He’s also planning on sailing around the world. This is a guy making the most out of his Post-Football life.
